Daily Duties at Standard Pacific Homes:
I supported the Vice President of Project Development, the Vice President of Land Acquisition, and one Project Manager by relieving them of administrative duties while maintaining workflow. Also sent out contracts, provided job cost reporting, insurance tracking, and budget implementation, This position required daily interaction with lawyers, city personnel, consultants and subcontractors and required a high level of confidentiality. Made domestic travel arrangements, maintained Act database and used Quicken.
