Responsibilities include assessing administrative policies and procedures and develop improvement and solutions; researching and collecting information from various sources, including user group interviews and observation; locating and analyzing data to identify variances; manage existing databases such as Access, including identifying and correcting data inaccuracies, and running standard and ad hoc reports; preparing department budget and monthly expense reports.
