Daily Duties at North American Transport:
Make Financial and Internal Control recommendations, in charge of reconciling all accounts in order to maintain a transparent General Ledger. Created a New chart of accounts to better accommodate our needs, All vendors were properly coded with the correct account and terms. Accounts Receivable and its Factoring Processes were updated resulting in better cash Flow. An assessment of all expenses was done and some cust were implemented and more to come in the future. Allocations were done for the very fisrt time in order for both companies to have fair treatment.
