Daily Duties at Bellsouth/At&T:
Worked as a dedicated technician from Banks, Hospitals to Bellsouth/AT&T call centers. This included but not limited to installing and trouble shooting T-1 network issues, monitoring their voice mail network. Installing all new users communications requirements, including programing their voice consoles. Supervisor the repair of remote locations for both consoles and network issues. Installed software on remote users PC's for monitoring the call center agents. Supported the data network on the repair and maintenance of severs attached to local PBX. Installed patches and software upgrades in the PBX's.
