Daily Duties at Lenovo:

Lead the building of the Professional Services business unit, provided strategic direction as well as tactical execution. Own the Professional Services business unit representing approximately 15M annual revenue within the 150M services business unit. Lead portfolio development, solution development, global deployment and delivery. Regularly present to C-level executives internal and customer. Full product/service/solution life cycle responsibility of portfolio roadmaps including business case, pricing, ROI models, predictive models, PTI, E to R and other quantitative business measures (through channel partners and direct) as well as delivery/execution. Executive owner engaging with customer C-level stakeholders in negotiations and project excellence reviews. Manage team and vendor relationships as well as P&L. Work in matrix organization with World Wide Services, Corporate Marketing, Sales, Finance and Brand functions.
