Daily Duties at Classic Information Systems:

My tasks included managing all aspects of data processing for an aircraft parts company. These duties included, but were not limited to creating all sysgens and backups, performing routine system maintenance on an AMS Pick system, day-to-day report writing, job scheduling, resource management, and technical support for three sites. I did hardware and software maintenance on all company PC's. Often, I did wiring and cabling for the data and phone systems. Later, I installed and maintained Data General System and DG/ux. I designed and implemented the company local area network with bridging to remote sites. The company later outsourced all its IT operations.
