During this contract, I designed, coded, debugged, installed, and maintained a donor/member tracking system to support fund-raising efforts for PBS and NPR broadcast stations, university alumni associations, and other non-profit organizations. I conceived all new code and system functions. I used UniVerse and various flavors of UNIX, including AIX. I also performed telephone and on-site support. I did many AIX and UNIX systems setups and did all system administration for in-house functions and client sites. Instruct clients in UNIX and UniVerse system administration.
