Daily Duties at Osteonics:

Picked up sterile lot from vendor and delivered to other site locations. Set-up the clean-line for cleaning implants and instruments which included line sanitization, water exchange and the exchange of hazardous chemicals and solvents. Obtained supplies and accepted deliveries from the warehouse for the packaging department. Inspected packaging supplies following procedure and applicable blueprint. Packaged implants and instruments. Performed package integrity, drop and vibration testing. Conducted environmental monitoring sampling and water testing through media by growth promotion test and air particulate counts in accordance with ANSI/AAMI/ISO 11607 regulations and policies.
