Contracts Division: Primary responsibilies included the review of all contracts for the City of Oklahoma City; prepared competitive bid documents and agenda items for the Procurement Division of the Finance Department for the City of Oklahoma City. I also served as general counsel for the Oklahoma City Parks Division. Criminal Justice: Responsibilities included prosecution of misdeamor criminal cases which included jury and non jury trials and negoiated plea agreements. I served as the general counsel to the Environmental and Animal Welfare Court proceedings and also served as the lead attorney assigned to appellate proceedings and handled all appeals before the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals.
