Daily Duties at Frame Works Group:
Acted as owner's representative and responsible for the complete management of a project from the planning/design phase through final completion and delivery to client. Hired and managed architects, engineers, attorneys, general contractors, and dozens of subcontractors and vendors to complete projects. Consistently provided workable solutions to all issues while concurrently maintaining safe work environment as well as high levels of staff efficiency. Held full accountability for multiple functions including administrative operations, property management, sales and marketing, customer relations, personnel management, and business contract negotiation and management. Partnered with senior leadership on development of budgets, goals, and projections.
