Cultivate and facilitate company’s vision and strategic goals for real estate planning and development. Take leading role in company’s projects, managing all day to day operations. Report directly to CEO; hold full accountability for operations, P&L, and HR. Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies. Secure property tax abatement's, and navigate properties through FDIC receivership and down zoning. - Accountable for planning, entitlements, design, construction, and city/state approvals.
