Daily Duties at Pebble Creek Care Center:
Pass medications, assess residents, perform treatments, communicate with Doctors and families. Take new orders, report changes to Doctor. Monthly change over. Manage STNA and Nurses. Write and monitor restorative programs after discharge from therapy to assure no decline. Complete MDS, devise initial care plans and keep them up to date. Monitor restraints, alarms and fall monitoring. Resident immunizations. Family meetings. State survey preparedness. Interact with state surveyors. Travel to other nursing facilities and teach them restorative program writing, monitoring and careplans.
