Daily Duties at Hickory Ridge Nursing And Rehab:
Monitor all wounds within facility, watch for improvement and monitor effectiveness of treatment. Write restorative programs when resident complete with therapy to assure they maintain function with no decline. Administer all resident immunizations. Monitor restraints and keep documentation within state guidlines to avoid deficiencies during surveys. Staff Development, monitor inservice hours for maintenance of STNA licensure. Write careplans, attend family meetings and provide customer service for residents and familys. Participate in QA meetings. Prepare for survey and interact with surveyors during their visits to facility. Assist DON with fall tracking, monitoring specialty units. Perform monthly changeover. Complete MDS and Careplans according to schedule and keep up to date with changes.
