Daily Duties at Ford Motor Credit :
Maintained quality and volume objectives while striving to purchase all collectable credit contracts. Upon making a decision on credit offerings, presented it to the dealer body in a logical and clear manner. Reviewed young buyers, college graduates plans and business offerings and became knowledgeable in all related financial marketing plans. Within this role, I was held accountable for the quality of my credit decision making and Dealer response time. Supervised a section of 20 employees covering inside and outside inquiries for assigned accounts by utilizing appropriate remedies and GAAP principles. These assignments were performed by managing the employees in the instruction of overcoming objections and creating long-term resolutions to minimize the company’s losses and maximize the company’s profits. Within this role I was measured against the decision making opportunities for repossessions and the net losses collectively absorbed month for my area of employees. I was personally, responsible for a portfolio of $30,000.00 in outstanding receivables. Performed duties as the branch financial auditor including reconciling all mechanized check writing and onsite checks for daily balancing activity. These processing included gathering daily totals of check amount disbursed from various Departments such as Accounts Payable, Collections, Wholesale, and the General Fund account, and reconciling the sub totals against the grand total for the daily close-out of balancing. Within this role, I was measured against the timely of balancing and accuracy for my Daily balancing record.
