Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

My role was to coordinate the effective planning, coordination, direction and control of branch functions including Personal Bankers, Teller Operations, Safe Deposit Vault, Residential Mortgages and Consumer Lending. Managed personal team goals to cross sell all bank services, and performed frequent coaching of all staff members to consistently improve the branch’s overall customer services works scores. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the banking center, along with performing weekly, monthly, and quarterly audit reports for Teller Balancing Records, Personal Banker New Account opening paperwork to verify for accuracy. In my Role, I often ran the weekly conference calls with a group of 25 different managers to discuss best practices, and share stumbling block opportunities. I personally managed a staff of 10 associates, and the total receivables base for my location accounted for $35,000,000 in Deposits. Participated in managing existing and prospective business relationships, coordinated and managed relationships between branch employees and specialty sales forces, and personally performed outside sales calls with the local market business community either directly at their place of business, or through Community Business organizations such as Business Network International to create an environment of grow and retention for my Banking Center Commercial Customers. I often performed the role of a floater to assist other Banking Centers, when their Management was on vacation, and was often utilized by my upper management to performed surprised audits for operational accuracy on other Banking Centers.
