Daily Duties at Duncan Solutions:

My role was to operate as the company’s Compliance Officer and Auditor for transitions covering Citizen interfacing, Bank Reconciliation, and Lockbox Receipt of Payments, Web/Telephone Payment Processing, Correspondence paperwork workflow, and Customer Service phone monitoring interaction with the Citizens. Additional responsibly included perform daily reporting of all Revenue and Expenses to the Client, and conducting a weekly face to face meeting with the Client to review performance trends for mainstream Revenue and Special Collections activity, also reviewed performance tracking for customer service, correspondence, and cashiering departments with the Client weekly as well. My role was measured by the level of growth in Revenue for month over month performance, year to date performance, and year to year increase. Key strategy was implemented to review best practices from across the country from other similar City size operations, and to develop suggestive proposals such as outsourcing tow operations, coordinating staggered work shifts for on-street workers to maximize their effectiveness, and the use of special collections to offset low production revenue volumes of ticket issuance. Additional duties included coordinating a weekly meeting with Senior Executives of Duncan to review and update our Implementation Project Plan, and provide status reports for implementation of such items as the launch of: Customer Interface Website, Fleet Management Program, and Special Collections Programs (50% Settlement and Corporation Counsel Campaigns).
