Daily Duties at Marshal And Ilsey:

Responsible for setting up efficient office work flow, delegating tasks and duties in a manner that increased branch efficiency and effectiveness. Primary functions included training personnel in business development, achievement of goals involving: productivity, collections, client relations, and implementing office procedures in a manner to eliminate wasted time, expense and supplies. ● Strategic & Operational Business Planning ● Financial Modeling/Planning & Risk Management ● Quarterly and yearly performance evaluations ● Account sales and business partner development ● Supervising team sales and customer service with quotas and goals ● Cultivating enthusiastic and well-coached teams Working individually and as a team provide insight to organizational and procedural inefficiencies. Responsible for all guidelines and operations. Personal ability to structure sound solutions to customer problems, uncovers sales opportunities, improve customer relationships, maximizing profitability, while reducing exposure to risk. Providing hands on training to all personnel for corporate structure, procedures, and policies.
