•Managed a diverse set of clients, responsible for enforcing terms of lease agreements, such as rent collection, parking, and termination of lease procedures in multi-unit complexes of over 20 units. • Followed and enforced all fair housing and local landlord and tenant laws and regulations. •Maintained and kept accurate up-to-date records of income and expenditures for property operations, in conjunction to preparing legal documents for court cases and submitting expense reports to property owners. • Prepared legal documents for litigation in court for owners and self and protect rights and duties of owners and self. •Marketed multi-units apartments by promoting through advertising strategies for the owner and self in order to maximize occupancy and rental rates. •Prepared financials by budgeting capital expenditures by utilization of financial statements such as profit and loss, and monitored the quality of all repairs and maintenance.
