At Medarex my job was to establish the transgenic technology developing transgenic lines that embrace the expansion of the human antibody repertoire needed to expand the hybridoma technology. I also propose and and develop unique transgenic models to address analysis of the preclinical trials. Developed ELISA to quantify humoral response in animal model for gene therapy. Assay written into SOPs and applied to evaluate animals in all study groups.
