• Provided accurate, timely and friendly customer service to accounts and customers, while increasing business and acting as a company representative with customers; growing the territory 16%. • Worked with Independent Pet store owners on developing sales plan encompassing everything from pricing, Buy-Back, Open-Buys, and other sales incentive programs, to creating marketing tools and resources for the account. • Maintained and grew multi-million dollar accounts by tracking monthly progress of Dollar’s used to generate revenue and to increase company profitability thru incremental space and displays of Monthly product on promotion. • Responsible for the completion of weekly and monthly Excel Reports in order to track and measure Nestle Purina Pet Companies business within our assigned geographical area.
