Provided End-User Support for Windows 2000-2003 networks. Dell servers and workstations, HP/Canton/Brother network printers. Troubleshot and supported Cat 5 and wirelessly connected networks. Second level Support of various programs such as but not limited to: Office 2002-2003, Project, Visio, Outlook, Norton Antivirus, BlueCross, System 9000, Above Acrobat v 5-7. Managed network resources using Active Directory: user’s accounts, local/network printers, network storage management.
