Successfully implemented 300 node Windows XP migration from Windows 98-2000. Worked in collaboration with WMS IT department. Worked with IT department in building and deploying new images using Ghost. Upgraded Dell, IBM, HP Desktops and Laptops. Provided second level Support of Office 2003, Project, Visio, Outlook, Norton Antivirus. Troubleshot network connectivity and bandwidth issues during the deployment. Managed network resources using Active Directory: group polices, user’s accounts, network printers.
