Provided Servers and workstations upgrades in 973 Sears Auto Centers. Used Microsoft Management Console and Remote Monitor to back up data and Deploy new images, making configuration changes during the deployment. Provided second level support after upgrades. Remote configuration of 2000 servers, XP workstations and network printers. Trained users use on new applications.
