Daily Duties at Warner Music Latin America:
After the merger, I joined Warner Music Latin America's regional office in NY. Responsible for overseeing the career development of all Warner artists in Latin America and US Hispanic market,including contract negotiations, music production and marketing; for approving and overseeing budgets and p&l's for the 8 subsidiaries; for building synergies with AOL (Time Warner's online arm), film,music and magazine divisions. Part of a three-man team responsible for acquiring, starting or restructuring all the subsidiaries.
