Daily Duties at Raytheon:
For DoD / Air Force’s Electronic & Signal Intelligence (ELINT/SIGINT) Rivet Joint project, * Before Secret Clearance attained, performed build, documentation support (SDDs, ICDs), project management support, and SEI/CMM support. * After clearance, performed development and liaisoning with Systems Engineers, clarifying requirements. * Developed parts of the Operator Workstation Software (OWS) User Interface (UI) using C++, UIM/X, and Motif. * Tested software on target VME boxes as UIs to many onboard real-time embedded systems. * Improved OWS startup script in Perl. Researched advanced software topics, including XML. * Wrote a Perl script for collecting source code metrics during each build of OWS for all subsystems. * Contributed to team earning a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 rating.
