Daily Duties at American Stores:
Managed a team of 14 daytime employees and a night team of 6 employees. Responsible for the sending of 1,200 batch jobs per day to drug stores. Directed all operations of 2,400 drug stores and technical activities Responsible for trend analysts, technical and procedural maintenance of 2,400 drug stores Presented semi annual presentations to East and West coast Store Managers on ways to increase business and training. One of two individuals to receive the 2001 Special Recognition Award for outstanding service and support. Wrote service level agreements for four different areas of the company providing responsibilities and escalation procedures Designed, updated and implemented call center procedures that reduced call volume by 18 percent resulting in an annual savings of over $50,000 a year. Effectively supervised personnel performance and provided leadership. Created revenue plans to increase store availability to customers while decreasing down time for stores during prime times. Negotiated and created vendor response times and service level agreements to stores. Directed development of product design, strategy plans and budgets. Excelled in business relationships through on-site visits and continual communication Ensured call center accuracy and exceeded customer’s expectations. Coordinated and conducted meetings with all departments to improve communication. In charge of all software implementation to 2,400 drug stores working with programmers to ensure efficiency Maintained an in-depth knowledge of industry, systems, product, to increase future opportunities Responsible for direct hiring of all call center employees. Ensured profitability through planning and controlling hardware expenses and maximizing equipment used in the stores.
