Developed the health manintenance organization(HMO) credentialing program, including policies, procedures, letters, database and audit tools. Directed the credentialing activities with a network of over 8000+ providers. Ensured compliance with all oversight and regulatory agency requirements. Conducted due diligence audits and managed delegated credentialing activities for 50 health Plans/IPAs/MGs. Initiated and managed the creation of provider network validation processes to eliminate sanctioned practitioners, and conducted training programs to improve staff’s skills to achieve certification through the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).
