Daily Duties at Trugreen:

The Southeast Region achieved a plan of $42 million dollars in sales revenue and 90 thousand new customer units in 2009. Directly responsible for 290 sales representatives, comprising of 5 states in the Southeast, while maintaining a 79% return on investment. I improved new customer retention over the past four years with an improvement of 16% in 2009. I was the only Region Marketing Manager in the company to create a management training course which had twenty nine participants in 2009, twelve of which were promoted in 2010.
