Daily Duties at Rps Imaging, Inc:

Manage accounting department, assist CFO in preparation of financial statements and end of month procedures, handle for payroll, sales and property taxes. Prepare financial statements, calculations, and annual budgets and forecasts. Perform cost accounting, execute payroll tax returns, and manage cash flow. Work with senior management to update HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; and develop orientation, training and incentive programs. Manage employee records; administer benefits enrollment and programs; and handle all HR workplace issues.
