* Scheduling, staffing, training in all areas of the restaurant, budgeting, merchasdising, and marketing of the restaurant * Conceptualize banquet menus, beverage promotions, cost controls to increase traffic flow and maximize revenues * Did daily line check and make sure every product rapped-labeled-and dates according to its shelf life * Did both beginning and end of day computerizations of credit cards, comp, etc. * Conducted pour tests for all bartenders daily to ensure portion control and recipe adherence * Implement new menu roll-outs for both the Kitchen and Bar
