Daily Duties at Aqua America:
Direct supervision and management of all distribution maintence and capital work in a distribution system of 18,500 customers. Direct supervision of all customer service work and meter reading for this system. Meter sizing for new customers. Direct interaction with the State Customer Service Director for policies and procedures for customer service issues across the state of Ohio Aqua properties.
