Diversified sales channel and developed alternative lending focused on generating business exclusive of current bank customers. Managed non-bank footprint states of the North and Southeast using Internet, telemarketing, and direct mail. Assumed responsibility for 5 direct reports including 3 sales teams, a secondary market manager, and a database programmer/manager.
