Handle inquiries from potential investors, shareholders, or retirement plan participants regarding investment programs, fund policy, requirements, and procedures. Offer appropriate mutual fund products and services after determining their investment objectives. Provide information concerning the funds' investment performance and related information such as fund history, yield, price, performance, and current economic conditions that impact investments. Identify shareholder account problems with appropriate follow-up and documentation. Accept and accurately process exchanges, redemptions, purchases, and shareholder account maintenance. Verify trades. Discuss characteristics and legal requirements of Individual Retirement Accounts, Retirement Plans, Educational IRAs, Uniform Gift to Minor Accounts, and Regular Accounts, including contribution limits, distributions and tax reporting. Assist brokerage department as a back-up support. Cross sell suitable products such as Price Retirement Income Manager, Asset Manager Account, and Rollover Investment Service.
