Daily Duties at The Melting Pot:

In charge of entire operations and financials of the restaurant. I over see 2 managers daily. I check and help them with their work on scheduling, labor Performa, the daily ordering of wine, beer, liquor, produce and our main distribution truck. I over see 25 to 35 employees. I created new drink specials, menus and weekly promotions to drive sales up and lower labor.. I have weekly meetings with management to tackle problems and improve total guest satisfaction. I have a monthly meeting with all vendors to ensure quality products and to keep up on all new and upcoming features and promotional items. I helped personally raise sales over 45% in the first six months and ensured an increase until the owner sold the business.
