Daily Duties at Avenue:
I was in charge of 100 employees at a given time. I was responsible for the daily opening of the beach club, restaurant and night club. I do the inventory, P&L, ordering and cost control for the beer, liquor, wine and non alcoholic beverages for the entire establishment. I set up and organize all the bars for the establishment. My duties include organizing, hiring, scheduling and training of the bartenders, bar backs, cocktail servers, server and back servers. I help the chef create new menus for the holiday, seasonal specials and bar menu. I run the floor of both the restaurant, beach club and night club. My job also includes selling all tables in the club, ensure the cocktail servers meet the bottle minimum and sales amount and overall customer satisfaction. I help plan promotions and marketing ideas for the restaurant, night club and beach club using all resources I can find.
