Daily Duties at Americold Logistics:
* Ensure Americold Logistics is meeting all performance criteria of the customer by working with operations, transportation services, and other corporate departments. * Develop and manage the execution of customer focused transportation strategies. * Identify cost savings opportunities and become project lead to coordinate implementation of those ideas among cross-functional departments both within AmeriCold and the customer’s organization. * Periodic performance reviews with the customer and executive team. * Central focal point for customer escalation issues requiring resolution.
