Track the performance of all aspects of the project and provide advice to the Director for improvements needed to insure success. Design performance metrics that provide leading indicators of project performance and estimated end date. Maintain and analyze performance metrics. Present performance metrics analysis to the Spent Nuclear Fuel Management Staff weekly with recommendations for improvement.
