Began employment as a PCM analyst in laboratory. Advanced to Laboratory Manager position where I was responsible for scheduling, coordinating after-hours work, client correspondence and maintaining proper waste disposal records, along with continued sample analysis. Also conducted PLM analysis. After obtaining relevant certifications and experience, transitioned into Safety Manager where I conducted work place safety inspections, wrote site-specific safety and health programs and then into health and safety training department as an instructor. Promoted to Training Director in 1997, where I reviewed current safety and health training programs, expanded offerings and conducted vigorous marketing. I was responsible for all aspects of the Training Department which showed profit for the first time under my direction.
