Daily Duties at Mancon:

As per contract provisions, was responsible for strict compliance with RIDOH, EPA, OSHA and Department of Navy standards and directives pertaining to asbestos abatement and control projects throughout NAVSTA Newport and the Naval Underwater Warfare Center in Newport, Rhode Island. Performed technical design and specification review, assisted engineering personnel and reviewed contracts, work orders, plans and submittal requirements. Developed and maintained notification and operations and maintenance program for building occupants and maintenance personnel. Scheduled and conducted building surveys and evaluated risk to occupants/employees. Wrote employee safe work practice protocols. Inspected job sites during and after work for compliance and wrote reports detailing contract completion.
