Daily Duties at The Iroquois Group:
• Organized and collected data to create pivot tables and spreadsheets to analyze agency growth and performance to be reported to members in the field • Created reports to forecast partner plan levels to determine 2011 bonus payments based on premium volume • Interpreted member legal contracts to compare with the partner plan reports I created in which business decisions were made by the CEO to continue or discontinue paying them at certain levels • Created presentations for President, VP, and management via Go To Meeting in which we could report to managing partners across the country analyzing their agents performance and determine areas of improvement. The pivot tables allowed us to real-time manipulate the data based on the MP’s needs
