Daily Duties at R.G. Salanatin Construction:

Manage and supervise projects with a team of 150 to 800 workers. Handle cost control (materials and labor) and scheduling of all the projects with budget between $1 million to $10 million. Prepare cost estimates and bidding packages, represents the company in biddings and project negotiations. Produce building plans and working drawings using AutoCAD. Manage and organize all project blue prints and made reproduction when needed. Prepare, manage or procure other project documentations including contracts, change orders, RFI’s, permits and licenses and other submittals. Assist in purchasing of equipment and major construction materials such as concrete, steel bars and etc.
