Prepare cost estimates (Budgetary and Detailed), steel bar cutting schedule for value engineering and working drawings to support revisions in cost estimates. Manage overall cost control and scheduling of all projects with budget between $1 million to $100 million. Purchase materials and equipment within specifications and budget and ensure on time delivery. Manage reproduction and organization of all project blue prints to ensure ready access to design and working drawings. Responsible for preparation and obtaining of all project documents such as contracts, change orders, RFI’s and relevant permits and licenses
