Daily Duties at Value Options, Inc:
The CCM provides telephonic assessments, referrals and triage. The Care Manager works with the member on appointment and medication compliance as well as increasing coping skills and decreasing stress. The CCM uses motivational interviewing to help the member understand that their path to improved health is through their daily choices.
