Daily Duties at American General Finance:
Built and managed an asset management/financial department that performed all the accounting, asset management and control, charge-backs, and disposition for all technology assets. Supported 1,500 headquarters users and 8,500 branch users (1,400 branches) for a total of 10,000 users. In this capacity as the Asset Manager, the technology-related assets included PCs, mid-range, mainframe, telephony, and software including accounts payable and BPO.
