Directed all areas of corporate and division-wide HR programs and labor relations. Led performance management design and implementation, diversity initiatives, talent management, and succession planning. Worked with HRDs in international offices to analyze, coordinate and integrate jobs, benefits, appraisals, policies and procedures, etc. Managed a $10M budget, 8 direct, and 42 indirect reports. Reported to President/CEO and served as key member of corporate executive committee; also reported to President of Servisair and Shell Fuel Services (a joint venture with Shell Aviation).
