Daily Duties at Magnum Manufacturing:
I currently schedule all workflow throughout the plant. Develop detailed project plans to include scheduling and capacity planning of staff, equipment and machinery, and lead time for raw materials. Regularly report project status to management to include staffing forecasts. On-time delivery has increased from 68% to 98.5% since taking on this role in December 2009. Member to the Material Review Board (MRB) and leader of the process improvement team.
