Daily Duties at At&T:
Provided extensive tier II support, service, and administration spanning 5K+ users and 10K devices, including diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, to drive performance and productivity. Spearheaded complete system, hardware, and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance across a wide range of operating systems, servers, applications, and programs. Provided extensive remote support for customers and clients. Oversaw systems administration to ensure continual operability. • Directed several large-scale, high-impact projects through all stages, consistently and repeatedly achieving all goals and benchmarks on time.
