Generated product sales through a retail dealer network. Performed product review, sales management counseling, sales training, major account calls, contract awards, and general sales support. Recruited new retail distributors, produced monthly sales forecast, reports and analysis while supervising RSM staff. Monitored dealer quotas and tracked national performance. Instructed service procedures, supervised maintenance and orientation for all new dealers. Performed consultation and periodic reviews for the national dealer network.
