Daily Duties at Raytheon Company:
Lead a team of >300 Global employees and six (6) senior managers to achieve business goals and objectives, including: Development of supply chain (management & technical) volumes in proposals for new business and re-competes, development & negotiation of teaming relationships, strategic supplier agreements and major subcontracts. Performed all SCM business analysis, including: reporting and achieving all goals and business objectives and development of organization strategy. Led supply chain logistics effort for International contracts, including management of: warehouses, stores, inventory, requisitions, transportation, distribution, repairs, task orders, Navy Public Works Annexes, work orders and Supplier/Customer Six Sigma activities. Responsible for P & L Management of organization.
