Managed the technical efforts of over 60 engineers and technicians (four direct reports) from diverse fields involved with research, development, and testing of various technical programs. Managed the development and design of the LAN/WAN and facility-wide telecommunications architecture. Directly managed Spacecraft and Earth Station operations (Spacecraft systems/payload control, TT&C and global data dissemination via various telecommunication strategies).
